Thanks for your reply. Do I have to email IRCC about my ineligibility or just don't submit my application cause it will useless?

I got invited for PGP sponsorship this year 2022. My income plus my spouse income for 2019 didn't reach the required income for the family of 5 but we did reached the Income required for 2020 and 2021. Does this mean still I'm not eligible to apply? Thanks in advance to those who will reply.
