Thanks! GU1 usually means that your photo is accepted and is queue for card production. GU2 is when it will show to your Gckey that your photo is approved and mailed to your address.

You have the correct link. As per calling, it really depend on how nice your call center rep will be. When I tried to call them regarding the change to In Progress of my Eligibility, the agent wasn’t actually giving me other info aside from it’s In Progress. I suggest ordering GCMS note.

This is truly devastating! I’m one of the few who has eligibility last to be started and this is alarming. How come this agent took 9 months for that decision? It doesn’t make sense, they should start reviewing eligibility first before anything else. I hope you can get some legal help or advice...

Bruh, we’re still in the same boat. Requested mine 1st of this month. Hopefully I will receive it before end of month so I can also update on this group. Not also planning to call IRCC anytime soon unless I see movements or GU on my account.
