OCI and surrender cert applications are no longer accepted together. The checklist for OCI was updated in late Nov 2021 to include Surrender Cert. Hence, you need to wait for the Surrender Cert before you can apply for OCI.

Postal application - Surrender Certificate Anybody here sent their surrender application by post? Did you have to send the originals for citizenship cert or canadian passport? Or did you just attest the copies to be true copies?

For express pickup you need to submit appl in Mississauga or Hamilton. You need an appointment for these offices. Not sure if Whitby js a passport service center. I submitted my application in Oakville as walk in, Since I did not need express service.

Is it really one login per application? I used one login for 3 of our applications. The system did not throw an error or anything. I also see the option of tracking all 3 applications. I have not submitted it yet. Do I have to redo the applications?
