I have a wonderful News. Allhumdillah! Today my wife got the passport back with Visa. I'm surprised she got it back within a week. I wish and pray that everyone's process get competed ASAP.

Re-Medical and supplementary forms were mailed Aug 2011. They only asked for Passport. 4-6weeks is what i have heard. But some forum members received it within 1-2weeks.

Does anyone how long it takes to issue visa after they receive the passport. what is the process. they check the application/all the documents all over again before issuing? My wife mailed out the passport yesterday and they received it today by NASIR.

I got some good news today, Wife received Citizenship card for our daughter, process took 10months. Allhumudllah, at least one less thing to worry about. Now just waiting and praying for PPR for wife. congrats DodgeCharger for getting the passport back.

I updated CIC- Mississauga Dec 2010 followed by a phone call to confirm. They told me information has been forwarded to CIC-ISL. Daugther's application is separate from my wife's. Applied for Citizenship Certificate which takes another 9-12months. Daughter was added to Wife's Main Application.
