Hi. It depends on the province where you will be going. Here, in Alberta, HIV drugs and tests are free as long as you have Alberta Health Card.

As per advice during my first visit, I will just finish my TLD which I brought with me then they will just give me ARVs of another brand or components.

I will be speaking based on my experience. Our travel was Philippines-Japan-Vancouver-Calgary. I put all my ARVs in my carry on bag. They are all in the original bottles. I also brought certification from my clinic in the Philippines. But no questions asked. Smooth travel.
