My wife received RFV 3 days after our portal email. I have received copr 2 days after her RFV. So it varies from case to case. I suggest you to raise a webform also stating your concern.

Hello, Apparently you cannot send an email to the given email address. Your gckey account will enable a "Upload" button in documents section for you to upload the documents. There will be only 1 upload option, so you have to merge all your documents into one pdf. Hope this helps
