in tracker, eligibility is COMPLETED (green) and background check is in progress (blue). in document details section everything is not available yet. when for my wife in the same section, there is the visa number and visa expiry date.

it also depends on the type of your visa but generally speaking, they are taking their time. when I applied processing time was 45 days, now it 197 days and at some point it was 225 days !! for visitors visa ...
