How long from when the letter is issued on the CIC portal till when you actually get it in the mail?

In case this helps I never got an email confirmation but I did show a message when trying to apply that I already applied. Also seems the PGWP is 18 months from time of approval, not for when the visa ends. How long did it take for you get the PGWP in the mail once the letter of approval...

Hi, I just got my PGWP approval letter, however it was only for 10 months vs 18 months. Any Idea why I would not get the full months ? What are the gov guidelines for getting the PGWP extension as I always see "up to 18 month". Does that mean less than 18 months is possible?
