True, Oman application are processed more quicker than UAE resident applicant. Suggested based on reality.

I have applied from London in march ,bio completed in April, since than just waiting. Status shows background check. People from india and oman getting faster outcome than EU and Uk

My suggestion for UAE people is to apply your Canadian visa from Oman.

Before reapplying get your GCMS notes to know the actual reason of refusal.
