So applied on Oct 31st- walk in at London Ontario. Normal processing not expedited and received our passports today!

Did walk in at London Ontario too. 2 weeks processing ( normal not urgent).

Went to process passports for our family of 5 and was specifically told they will arrive in different envelopes at different times. However, they did say it has to signed for so odd that it was in the mailbox.

We requested on the day of the virtual ceremony (25th) as there is a business trip on December so it is urgent processing. Before we cut our PR card and before the oath, the clerk will ask if you have an upcoming trip. Normal processing takes about 10 days from what I hear.

We did our virtual oath on 25th and got our certificate on the 28th-hand delivered by purolator, so it is possible. If the travel is for work, you need a letter from the employer and the ticket booking. the clerk will ask before the ceremony if you have an urgent trip and ask you to send these...

I took oath on the 25th and tracker got updated to completed on the 26th (the new tracker). anybody got same? hopefully this is an indication of faster processing.

Is this in person or online? If in person, you get your certificate same day and this should not be a challenge.

Or the post officer's error. That happens to me with regular mail. I have a similar house number 3 streets away and they keep mixing up mails

Yes I just received an email. Interesting though, this time it came from Niagara Falls not Mississauga.

Just received my invite. It is virtual for us.

Please reach out to them via the test email since they started the timeline as 3 months from test. Sometimes, they forget.

They are doing both. Just have to wait to see the invitation. I also got Oct 25th. Waiting for the email

Mississauga had one in-person ceremony last week. But as with all things IRCC you may or may not be invited for it. They are still doing online ceremonies also.
