Not necessarily, your case may be assigned/reassigned to any office really. Usually you can see office name when you get your test invite then when you get oath invitation. Sometimes call centre agent can give you that info as well if your case hasn't moved to test or oath yet.

Someone mentioned on this forum that it's possible that those people who got stuck with no movement might have been assigned to agents who are not longer there and on dec 16 those cases got reassigned. All speculation of course but sounds believable to me. Hopefully you'll get updates soon!

Took the test on June 8, 2022 and it was marked as complete on the tracker on June 10, 2022. Everything else (except oath) was marked as complete on July 25.

Just noticed it says both MB and SK, no ties to either of the provinces. I live in Vancouver and the test invite was sent from Vancouver office.

Finally recieved an oath date (after 5 months since everything completed), it looks like my handling office moved from Vancouver to Saskatchewan possibly after that Dec 16 ghost update that a lot of people recieved.

Well that's what I thought too. According to agent #5409, all complete does not mean DM but she also hung up on me so I don't know what to make out of it.

I called today, the agent said the decision has not been made but I called twice before (sept and Oct) and was told I was in line for oath. Confusing, to say the least

Right, you would think online apps would speed up the process but apparently it slows everything down. It's frustrating how IRCC manages it's operations. If they were a private corp with this type of operations, they would bankrupt before the end of fiscal year.

It will be 5 months for me on Christmas from the day everything else was marked as complete. I wrote the MP just to get the same answer (in short) - "wait, can't do anything before 24 months have passed"
