Proof of Funds - Not REquired , as long as you are workign in canada Experience - provide whatever you have intended residence - provide all the lease copies , DL what ever thing that has address in it .

Add the Notice of Assesment , doesn't matter if that adds points or not. it will act as some kind of proof that your are earning / earned / working . This also supports your "Intention of Residence"

As long as you have a valid visa in your passport, you are good. visitor entry stamp holds good. you are good for 6 months.

First thing is to stop working. Do you have visitor visa ? Get visitor record Wait for the OINP Approval
