Hi, I want to ask for your understanding about the term `principal applicant` in visa application form. Assume Alice and Bob are couple. Alice already has study permit and is in Canada. Bob is outside Canada and apply for SOWP. Is Bob the principal applicant in this senario?

In SOWP application, am I the principal applicant? My wife already has study permit and she is currently in Canada. I am outside of Canada and applying for SOWP.
