May I submit medical with the file at the time when i submit my file at CHC Isb ??????? meanz pre medical examination Course : ACCA national :Pakistan

Hey Guyz, 1.If embassy ask to defer your course/semester due to late submission of file then I have to Apply again or only submit the extension/deferral letter in CHC ? 2. Through which source CHC made most of students medical calls.... courier,mail,phone call...
