Ok so it doesn’t mean that you get ecert after 24 hours ! Did your wife mentioned any urgent situation like a confirmed travel or emergency to provide her ecert option. or Ecert became a choice for everyone ?

Hi did you ask the agent during your 1:1 for e cert ? my ceremony is planned for June 16th and I already booked my travel for June 30th :( do you know how I can ask for ecert ? Because if I wait for the mailing certificate I will loose my travel.

Yeah 2 weeks average to collect it or to receive it but my traveling date is exactly just two weeks after the ceremony and make things difficult !
