Hi IRCC send an E Mail to wife saying she previously applied for USA visa and got rejected and she haven’t mentioned that in the application. But she never applied for USA visa previously, what can we do about it ?

Applied for Employer Specific work permit on December 2021, reviewing eligibility has not started yet and background check in process.

Thanks a lot, since it says review of eligibility has not started yet, is that a standard recording for all the applicants or they haven’t reviewed the eligibility? If so any idea how many more months this will take ?
