The request for the passport you mean? Online, saw the message through the portal + explanation that people who submitted an online application (such as myself), have agreed to accept all correspondence electronically.

You mean you applied in February 2022 or February 2023? I applied in February 2022, in February 2023 I raised an official complaint for outrageous processing time (outside of limits) but no response yet
