@forw.jane my OCI was processed on 23/11 and received on Ottawa on 30/11. I opted for a pickup at BLS, and the BLS status now says Delivered by Hand in two lines. What does it even mean? Is this normal -- BLS takes time to process pickups? Thanks.

No, it doesn't. It seems we have to upload anyway. I was told I can upload in any section in the dropdown. No, we don't have to start the process. There is a section to upload/re-upload the documents. I uploaded my document in the Indian Visa section and reprinted the application.

Just an update. Submitted OCI app at BLS Montreal today (walk-in). 30 tokens per day. It is required to upload copies of documents (c) -- (h) of OCI checklist in the Online portal. I didn't upload Address Proof in the portal. Luckily, they gave me 45 mins to complete the upload and accepted...
