Received an update on mine 30 mins ago, refused because they are not satisfied I will leave, even after specifying i have a stable job, good income and even return flights, pathetic. Took them 102 days to tell me this.

No update yet sadly, still on the background check unfortunately. Hoping something happens soon. They won’t respond to any emails or answer any questions via the phone. As it’s still within normal processing times according to them.

Also applied for visitor visa, paid July 28th and Biometrics completed August 1st, enrolled August 2nd, all this done at VFS(Pretoria), applied online through GC Portal. Current status since biometric enrollment is "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need...
