Is your wife a primary applicant? Which country is she belong? If you're referring to the sponsor tracker, the sponsor eligibility is where it will finish up at the end and it will stay there till your visa application is granted. Which image are you referring to? Is it a picture for a PR card...

It's just been a week since you received your PPR; nevertheless, if there is already a huge queue waiting to get their passport stamped, it could take longer than 2 weeks unless you're lucky, which you are according to your timetable :) Hopefully, your visa case is nearing completion. Best wishes!

F-12 trick only works on the prior tracker version, not the current one. It only informs you what is mentioned on the tracker and nothing else.
