Try tracking directly in Purolator with your file reference number, sometimes they don't update in BLS website.

Do you have further update? mine is stuck at the same stage, usually Dispatched From MEA (OCI ) and Document received At updates the very next day.

I didn't update Canadian passport details for my kid there, updated only renewed US passport details. Not sure if you need to update both passport details as you can show just US passport and OCI to enter/exit India. I think if you want to tie OCI to Canadian passport OCI reissue may be needed...

They will try to push you for courier service, courier fee is for sending document from BLS to your address. You can request them to collect in-person.

You can apply for India e-Visa, no need to surrender Indian passport for it. You should be able to get that in couple of days. Once you are back in Canada you can surrender Indian Passport.

I think it was around 20$. When I applied for surrender certificate on Feb 9 only 1 photo was required but now I'm hearing they are asking two photos. For OCI 1 photo was required, you also need to scan this photo for OCI online submission as they didn't provide a digital copy.

I wonder if they even send it to consulate, they might be just keeping for a week at BLS and returning it.
