London office is slow or they not working at all, having 5 days of processing time now gone up to 42 days processing time, even then ur and mine visa should have come. Don't know what they doing Please update if u hear anything from them, i will post here too. Best wishes

Yes u can submit in London, u have to give one explanation letter along with. Refer to youtu.be or google to submit passport

There shouldn't be problem, submit all docs related to PhD and exam in March 23.

U can submit ur passport to the nearest ircc office or vfs. Check youtu.be videos or google it.
