if she gets* and it's a statement and its true (in Alberta at least). my wife is coming on a visitor visa , I checked with the Registry they said she is elgible.

If gets a visitor record in the airport she will hv a medical insurance.

A piece of information I would like to share here, My batch applied for pgwp around the same time May 12-May15. Interestingly all graduated students from Pakistan got their approval by around mid June. The rest of us are still waiting. Around 5 students from Pakistan, so any theory here?

ohmy MP office inquired about my application and they told them that I filled the wrong forms. I f they had notified me I would hv corrected it much earlier but they were dead silence! so ai contacted my MP office and they contacted IRCC, it was very helpful.

You would be one of the most luckiest ppl on planet earth! Processing time for visitor visa can take up to 6 months nowadays depending on the office. Hope u r an exception

it dropped today to 462 days which means they hv started clearing backlog. 3 weeks ago it was 530 days, then 488 and today 462 days, hope this means things started to move!

Man, I have been waiting since May 8 2022, over 8 months now and no response. The processing time now has changed to 488 days!!!

I dont know what their issue is, current processing time for Visitor visa is 530 days for example thats like they are not doing any sort of body movement!! completely frozen

unfortunately yes I applied for visitor record instead , i feel like i want to bang my head on the wall trillion times!! I sent a webform to withdraw my application and just submitted a new one . Do you think its ok to submit the new application now? I cant wait until they reply to my webform...

how come u guys had ur application proccessed i see some of us here are 3 or 4 months still in progress no elgibility review even. Thats so messed up

I am in a similar situation, been waiting since sept 25th!!!

No he is ok, you apply for a new TRV but there are three options in form IMM5708 which u need to tick one. 1) Extend my status as a visitor 2) Restore my status as a visitor 3) Get a new temporary resident permit (for inadmissible applicants only)
