They have a new portal through which you can apply for CBSA notes (under the Privacy Act): https://atip-aiprp.tbs-sct.gc.ca/ It was a bit glitchy and was crashing but I tried over a few days and managed to send the request eventually. Took a month to get the CBSA notes.

I have been stuck at Winnipeg for security for about 10 months. Got CBSA notes yesterday that say Digitized-PM3 Ready with a next week due date. I am hoping it's not an arbitrary date and something moves along.

Yeah, 4 months ago and then 2 months ago. Everything else was done by Feb. Only security is left to go. Will submit a webform pretty soon. Overall my application has crossed 17 months.

I applied under Alberta Opportunity Stream. ADR2 was for personal history, addresses, and travel for 2013 - 2015. I turned 18 in 2015! Also for travel, they were asking for info for a few years. For some, I had already provided info per the ADR i got in late Dec 2022. And I hadn't traveled...

My AR was June 6th, 2022. Got PAL in early Jan 2023. Got a very unusual ADR2 in April (there was no reason I should've received this ADR.) No update after that! I received GCMS notes recently. I passed eligibility in Jan 2023. Only security check is left.

Yep, inland I got AOR on Oct 19 2022. MP was Feb 2 2023.

I have similar timeline as yours. Applied: Jun 6 2022, PAL: Jan 10 2023. On the new tracker, my background check got updated from 'not started' to 'in progress' just a week ago.
