The whole Winnipeg office is not bad, it just has a few bad egg clerks who are on an absolute power trip and will decline any expedited request you make with proof. Family urgencies are not important for them. Not just that, they will not reply to your emails and will never answer what you ask...

Congrats!! I have a very strong feeling the whole Winnipeg office is not bad, just a few clerks there are absolutely pathetic, disorganized and grossly incompetent at dealing with certificates. My oath was October 17th, still no certificate. :(

Even for regular ordinary mail? Canada Post said there is no way to track ordinary mails. My certificate was sent using ordinary mail.

I gave it a read, I live in an apartment building. I already asked side building neighbors, nothing. And I have been diligent at checking my mailbox regularly everyday since past 6 weeks like a lunatic. :(

Call 1800 and email the oath email address. that's how I know.

@abbas.pasha @canuck78 My oath was 17th October 2022. My urgent certificate dispatch request with solid proof was also denied. I had to miss my sibling's marriage and cancel flight tickets I booked. As of today 30 November, still no sign of certificate. Multiple emails and so many IRCC call...

I do follow up literally everyday, sometimes even multiple times a day. They say it was mailed on 9th November 2022. Still nothing. :(
