    Thank you! The claim was streamed as less complex on October 9, 2025, and the supporting documents were submitted on October 29, 2025.

    Hopefully this can give someone hope My friend applied on March 5, 2024 and was later assigned a less complex hearing. On Wednesday, April 15, they received a Notice to Appear from the IRB for a virtual short hearing, scheduled for May 28 2026.
