Seems like third party screening is done to selected applications. You can say non routine applicants. I saw a redacted note on my application after LPP completed and I am assuming that was for the third party screening. N was done 9 months back. Hopefully you won’t have that issue. Good luck

Generally family applicants are processed together. If your spouse application is being worked on n no decision made. You might see delay.

If you have paper application check for it to turn to Decision made on ECAS. What I have seen is even after LPP they are not making decision until third party investigation is done. In case you are in DF. Seems like taking between 09-12 months.Just from my assumptions from my timeline n few...

Send an email to Scarborough office saying you see LPP and if they can schedule oath. They will reply back and helpfully with a date too. Congrats!!

Thank you!, Yes,you will. I think the third party investigation take around 9-12 months. I saw the refracted note around July 2023. Just my assumption.

I see Decision made in my ECAS. No update on tracker. Will I get oath date shortly? My LPP was completed as of June 2023. Was in Grant DF and then Grant on my previous notes respectively.

You are right. I have the same observation. Seems like DF is being redacted. And in any page they redact, they are putting the privacy act under which they are removing that information. S.22 1.b https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/acts/p-21/section-22.html

I think no one would be able to give you answer with 100% certainty. But what I have seen DF seems to be derogatory flag. Most of people in this status are seeing delayed processing. I am one of them. Already in this location for like 5 months now. Last notes shows Grant. Hopefully we all see...

That would be a good news. I don’t see DF on my Feb notes too. Looks like may be they have redacted DF. But again they might not be doing that coz, gcms notes locations has no significance other than for the office.

Does anyone know what is the Third party agency that IRCc waits? Does not look like any Canadian agency as far as I know. Thanks

I think after LPP was in Grant PR status for like 6month. I saw the grant DF on my December notes. I did not request for any notes in November.

My LPP was completed in June 2023. Current status is Grant DF. Do not think a great stage to be in.

Any update guys?
