Yes I would cause that is the last date you entered Canada.

Recently the timelines have been varying from 1 day to months. I waited almost 2 months for the eCOPR and in some forums there are people still waiting for eCOPR from September so it really varies.

Hello have you received your PR card yet?

Actually you can't you will need to apply for PRTD even though you have the eCOPR its not valid for travel. But once you get your PR card you are good you don't need to apply for PRTD once you are outside Canada

Actually if you are in Canada you will have to wait till you receive your eCOPR and then your PR card they you can travel in and out of Canada and just use your PR card to come back but once you receive your eCOPR you can travel even without the PR card but you will have to apply for the PRTD...

The thing is you can travel but coming back without the eCOPR will be hard because you cant apply for a PRTD once you are in India.

I know how frustrating it can be but the day I received mine I got through to an agent that morning and at noon they sent me the eCOPR might have been coincidence cause they say the agent can't speed up the process but I think they helped by writing a note on my file

Unfortunately I have none I constantly kept calling I called so many times and I think in 1month I only got connected twice.
