Did you check your gckey account? Me personally did not get any ppr email. It was sent directly to gckey. Our decision was made after ppr.

Passport received back December 6. Although our VO is super slow, from pre-arrival to passport received took approximately 15 days.

This shouldn't be a issue as you have sent the physical passport. Did you include all the pictures and documents with the passport correctly?

Biometrics, Medical and then waiting for eligibility and background check to complete. Approximately 6-8 months after medical has been completed with the current wait time.

Thanks for the update. I sent ours on the 27th. My tracker updated the same day saying they received our passport and pictures. VFS emailed us the same day saying it is in transit to IRCC office Singapore. Nothing after that.

Finally received our PPR at 1.30am today.

It works the same way as biometrics. It gets updated by the physician to IRCC portal and connected to the main applicant's file using DOB, file number/UCI number etc. The only difference is this might take some time but will ultimately get connected to your file even if you don't submit webform...
