I raised a webform with Abu Dhabi and Ottawa on July 14th. Haven’t got a response until now. Even emailed the Canadian embassy in AD but with no response.

No response yet and no one has gotten back to me. I’m looking to withdraw my application because I need to travel urgently on August 10th and it doesn’t seem like it’s going to come back before then. I’m going to wait until tomorrow and then submit the request.

How did this go ? Also what proof do you have ?

My passport has been with them since June 23rd. No response yet.

That works out to about 10 business days. Very quick. I reside in Dubai and in my case, it has already been 23 business days (35 calender days including Eid and public holidays).
