FYI folks, the tracker may be lagging in updates. I also got my E-CoPR, and the tracker still shows my spouse's eligibility in progress. It has not changed in the last week at all. So don't worry if you see these kinds of discrepancies. All the best!

Fingers crossed! I hope you get your email soon! I have already replied to that email with the information they asked for. I checked my tracker and I see details of the COPR document like number and expiry date. Interestingly enough, my spouse's eligibility still shows in progress :rolleyes:

Same update, I saw it this morning, but nothing seems to have changed. Background verification is still in progress, and eligibility not started. I wonder what it is though.

I had this similar rather confusing conversation with these folks. Eventually I decided to go with UPS. Sent my passport, passport request letter, 2 copies of the TT consent forms, contact information sheet, a cheque of $22.80 as the VFS processing fee and a return envelope with a return label...
