Hi, the link I provided is official IRCC web link, I think you can act according their rules if you want to change DLI. What would be the result if you change I can't tell you. If the counselor has many cases of rejection after changing, then maybe its a risk.

What to do if the study permit is not received on time? I need to reapply for the same course for fall 2023 intake, but what about the ongoing study permit processing? If the permit is approved, can I enter Canada for my classes in 2023 under an existing POE and then extend my visa with my new LOA?

I don't agree that medical examination after the applying is somehow helping to expedite processing. I know people waiting to pass medicals almost 1-2 months as they were not requested and also it was not upfront exam. Anyway thanks for your response. I think eligibility check before medicals...
