    For those with in person ceremonies, did your invitation state a limit on guests you can invite? Mine does not. I submitted a webform to ask and was just directed to the program delivery guide (which says a number "may" be specified). I also emailed my local office but haven't heard back yet...

    Sorry, I'm not sure. It seems somewhat random. I got mine at the same time the tracker updated, for example.

    You'll get an emailed invitation that contains those details. Document-wise, mine says to bring a printed copy of the invitation, my PR card, and one other piece of government-issued ID.

    I don't think the language makes a difference but you *could* check the IRCC page that lists all IRL ceremonies and see if the date you were given corresponds with a ceremony in your community. That's what I would try anyway!

    I have not heard of this happening before. Usually it goes AOR > test invitation > oath ceremony. You may get additional document requests or a fingerprint requests in the interim.

    Aug 21 for me but yes. There are at least a few of us in this thread. Truly no idea why though, as others are getting oaths scheduled. Fingers crossed for you soon, a month is so long. Edit: I just checked for myself and nothing on the tracker yet today. If there's a 2 day delay though...

    It's been over 3 weeks now and I do see a lot of people whose LPP completed after Aug 21 getting oath invitations. It makes me wonder what the delay is. I know waiting a little longer doesn't *really* matter but I'm still just so anxious to have it all done with. Wondering how much longer it'll be.
