    2.5 months after AOR, still no "medical passed"

    Don't panic and just wait. These things take time and only thing you need to do is to keep patience and stop worrying about it. It may come today itself or nothing can happen for next few months. So wait and don't get such things make you go crazy. Just keep going on with your regular life.

    Settlement fund as a gift deed

    I had 14 lakh Indian Rupees as gift deed from my dad along with affidavit stating the same. The fund was transferred in Feb and I received ITA in August. Still in my Letter of explanation I told about it and attached gift deed. Received RFV in November

    Hi, I am also working as a Sr. iPhone App Developer. My line of job allows taking remote work. I think that as long you pay taxes to the government of the province that nominated you for work that you did remotely, and reside inside that province, they are not going to question you.
