I am in the same situation. I renewed my daughters passport after getting PPR it will take a week to get back the new passport. My question is how do I update IRCC about this. Should I update using webform sending new passport with LOE and send old passport copy new passport with LOE for stamping?

anyone who faced similar situation please advise!!

I see you are also Singapore VO, how about your info sharing with other countries on GCMS notes? In my GCMS notes info sharing is complete but other countries like AUS< NZ< USA still did not reply back to Singapore office so they are waiting for the secondary clearance since March, 2023

nothing, singapore office been sleeping on applications.

Yeah, I'm almost reaching 36th week for me also it shows 21 weeks processing time... it is only SGVO which takes this long even surpassing initial processing time.

mine's been 3 months they are doing additional verifications from Singapore office also! It's closed LMIA work permit
