Hi, what are the supporting documents that can prove residency obligation for PR less than 5 years. I have checked the website, i think they are asking for documents like employment record, Notice of Assessments etc. But i am not working. Not sure what other documents can be used.

I don't know. Mine is expiring soon too. I tried to call as well but no one is answering calls. I have exhausted all avenues.

I have done that and they sent me an email on steps to troubleshoot which is irrelevant to our situation.

I got my creds on Jun 24 and is facing the same issue, blank webpage with green ticks. I have emailed IRCC.ClientPortal-PortailClient.IRCC@cic.gc.ca Can you guys update here if anyone of you hear from them. Thank you.
