HI, anybody knows if I take the Oath in Canada, they will only post the citizen certificate to my address in Canada, right? after I receive my citizen certificate in Canada, can I bring it abroad and apply for my passport abroad?

the webform says: If your application is within normal processing times you will not receive a reply from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada.
