Yes. i did try to reset the password it says either the information is incorrect or my file is not in the system yet. I made sure that the information i entered is accurate and yet it still doesn't work.

Bls status says” Passport ready For Collection after OCI stamping)” however I used Purolator service for both pick and drop. What does the status mean. Should I collect it or will it be mailed?
