Yes I applied while in Canada but it's online so I don't know if there's such a thing as inland or outland for online. I do not think nationality has that much of a difference in waiting time. Maybe if I was from the US it would be faster but I'm sure it doesn't make that big of a difference...

I thought that was my issue but I found out that my partner ( the sponsor ) had the AOR days before the medical request sent to me. I wouldsuggest asking ur partner about anemail or check their email for them because my partner missed the AOR
