Thanks a lot man for your help! I analyzed one more time and compared CRS for OINP Tech draws with Federal program results (date by date). And you are absolutely right! There is 100% dependence. So I change my prediction, hope it will be from 470 and above:)

I agree with you that there is no logic to limit Tech draws by 467 score when there are people with higher scores. But it is as it is.

If you check all Tech draws for 2021-2022, you will see that for every draw the limit was 467. So I don't see any reasons why it would change.
