I requested the file transfer to the Yonge and Shephard location - North York. Yeah, messed up is one way of putting it. I'll definitely post what happens over the next few days.

Just my two cents. If you receive "the call" from the receiving passport location, and they ask you for proof of travel and your CC info for payment, then that's a great sign. I believe they will tell you to come back and pick up on X date, after this time etc. The issue that seems to be...
