Yeah i will start calling them every day now hopefully i will be able to reach them

I tried calling so many times IRCC helpline number but never went through always same busy all agents call back later then i went to cbsa which is in Mississauga all the way from montreal to figure out and the lady there give me a paper stating that send a letter to ircc to request your passport...

I’m stuck with ircc etobicoke they don’t even reply no matter how many emails or letters you send them

How did you know where is your passport? Your passport was seized there or any other location?

I know it’s really frustrating i am also waiting for there reply since last 5 months but no luck yet, however there are few people who got there passport back in 2 months or 5 months. I guess they are just selecting the people randomly

You can give it a try you don’t need any appointment or anything just go walk in.

Yes i went there but they said i have to contact ircc etobicoke as my passport is with them. if your husband’s passport was seized at any ircc office then he can retrieve it only from ircc but if it was seized by the cbsa at the border then you can get it back from them

No news until now i have sent 3 times letter and email at every single email address i could found but no response at all.

I did send email at that address on 22Aug but didn’t receive any response until now even sent them letter again by mail but still no response this time i have included suite 105 in the mailing address as well but no response until now. Not a single email or letter and it’s been more then 5...

Did they send you appointment for pickup with in this month? Or after long time still waiting for months for pickup
