I don't understand how their system works. I have recently seen a few cases in my office where people who applied later than others are getting PPR, and older applications are still under background check. I hope your status changes soon.

Since you did not do Biometrics within 14 days of application, you are not eligible for a faster processing time. And current timeline suggests that it may take up to 40 weeks to process your application. So I think you do not need to worry. You will get an update soon.
