I think I got lucky because my file was Sent to Gatineau but got transferred to Surrey Bc. They told me they're sending applications to offices that have extra capacity because the Gatineau office is extremely overloaded. I hope you get your child's soon!

It's normal. I sent my application to Gatineau on May 4th and I just called today to update something. The agent said my application was transferred to the Surrey office. She explained that they're transferring files to offices that have more capacity when they can :)
