ok thanks. I have a feeling London VO doesn't send letters or emails for AOR, at least I don't recall anyone in the London thread saying they received anything other than the ecas update. I'll just have to settle only checking with my ID a hundred times a day!

Hmmm....we didn't get an applicant client I'D. We had an e cas update stating application received at VO and medical results received, no email or post stating AOR. When I click the link stating Application Received there is no client ID. I am the sponsor, my ID ends in 1!

How do you know what the applicants client is is? So far I am only aware of the sponsor's id.

I found when filling in the electronic pdf forms and then saved it some info was lost when I reopened it! It was so frustrating, a technical glitch and you may have to fill some fields by hand. So sorry to hear you've had this set back, hopefully you will get it back to CIC soon.

When I sent mine (recorded delivery from UK) the tracking website stated for a whole week it had been processed at the postal facility in Mississauga despite only taking 3 days to get there. Then all of a sudden it said it had been signed for. It think what probably happened was a delivery card...

My ecas account was working the day after sponsorship approval using my client id and surname (i'm the sponsor). The next day I got an email from ecas tracker saying I had an account and there is an update; so that website seems to work.

I didn't put anything extra on the envelope.except delivery and return addresses, I sent it regular post with signature required. I kept checking ecas with my receipt number and didn't find an account for me, and checked after I received my sponsorship email with the client id and no account at...
