CAN I SPONSOR MY HUSBAND AGAIN AFTER DIVORCING HIM IN CANADA?

Hmmm...Interesting. Well first of all, I don't think this would be seen as marriage of convenience. Absolutely no way! You were married once before and have a child together. What do I need to travel?

Thanks Charlie. I have a PR card. So you're basically saying that I do not need a PR visa counterfoil on my passport on order to travel, even though I'm from a non-visa exempt country? All I need to have is my PR card?

If I go the Inland Route can I leave the country??

I applied inland. Got AIP 2 months ago. Still waiting on 2nd stage. I have to go back home in December. I have a valid TRV, and I don't see any reason as to why I would be refused to enter. I am taking the risk! Some things are just a whole lot more important than freakin immigration!!
