Mine is same timeline as yours. I called CIC today. They said my certificate was mailed on 15th Sep. I am really hoping to receive it today...I have an upcoming travel this weekend

I am in the same boat.. July 2021 online applicant , processing office is Montreal - I don't know how but I am based in Halifax . Test was completed in March 2022, finger print was requested in April 2022, RCMP mailed finger print details in April itself ..BG is still in progress ..no update...
