True, I also keep checking my junk folders more than 3 to 4 times a day and also log in on both portals morning n evening..lol.. waiting for their revert is the only option. but do you think if I call them 2nd time after a month of my previous call will be a problem? Any member on this forum...

Hi, BGC for my file is "We are processing..." since i received AOR on 17th Nov 2022 n linked GC key ac. however last week only on AST it got change to completed. Note-Eligibility on both accounts still shows "Not started". Does completed mean anything or what's the next step?

Thank you. Called this number, +18002676788 , agent said this helpline if the Canadian citizens and for immigration,visa etc need to check with visa office and then line was disconnected by that guy..so bad ..pathetic way of ending a call.
