I am in a weird predicament, My eCOPR was in July. GU2 update (your card has been mailed out. wait 6 weeks for it to arrive) - Aug 28 2023. It's been October 25 now and no card yet. I had one travel to US and I came back via land border using eCOPR. and now again, outside Canada and waiting...

This is frustrating. I opened GCKey and it said update now it says "Final decision - August 17, 2023:Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made." COPR date - July 4 Is that a precursor to the status being approved?

Thanks to the members here who shared the number, I was able to call them but the only thing they did was leave a note on the file. and asked to wait till October 8 within which the agent said that I should get the card. It's a mess to actually rely on this for travel. I have work related travel...

Received eCOPR on July 4th. Linked to GCkey on July 10th. Office - Etobicoke No updates yet. On the PR portal, it says In review and photograph is still in review. For folks who have contacted IRCC, how did you do go about it? Please if anyone can share the number!!

I finally got my approval. Submission date - 20 feb 2023 Approval date - 8 May 2023 Delays on my part to submit additional docs. Now the wait with federal after getting a ITA. :fingers crossed:

Yes, had to as my OINP is in DIP stage, and as per the facts shared here, only one application can be active at one time. And yes, I am limiting myself to Ontario but don't see myself going anywhere else at the moment, and it gives me the cushion of 600 points compared to the federal ITA.

Thank you so much for the information shared by you all. I declined the ITA and mailed the Ontario folks to continue with the oinp application.

I have 484 as I have claimed 50 points for my LMIA based closed work permit. But looking at the current tech job situation, wanted to get the cushion of the 600 points if I am impacted by layoffs. that was my thinking. Plus I won't be able to get a refund from OINP now.

Oh :O Is that the case? I didn't know this. Do you have any links to documents where I can read more about this?

Oinp is keeping us tense. I already received Express entry ita received at 484 but my oinp application is at DIP stage. This makes me wonder what to do. Can’t get refund now.

Thanks! I am trying to create my new profile because the older one expired. So I can use my job(with LMIA and work permit) for getting the points. I will look at the requirements on the website.

No I have a LMIA. And noc 0213.

Is the case also the same for someone who is working on a LMIA approved work permit. Do we still need to show proof of funds? also, the LMIA and job offer for my current job, can that be used for the additional points in FSW?
