You choose the time and day, between the 21 days window given. My suggestion is that you do it one week before the dateline, just in case.

Yes, in my case the 3 phases were completed on the same day. I know they should send the test after EVERYTHING is approved, what is the purpose for people having the test and then still going to check the file. #IRCCisINcrisis
